Battery Returns

Car batteries may be eligible for return or exchange if the product is unused, undamaged, and returned within the applicable return period communicated at the time of purchase.

The battery must be returned in its original condition and, where applicable, with the original packaging, invoice, warranty documents, and accessories. Batteries that have been installed, used, physically damaged, modified, or otherwise altered may not be eligible for return.

Incorrect Battery Selection

Customers should provide accurate vehicle information when purchasing a battery. If an incorrect battery is purchased due to inaccurate or incomplete vehicle information provided by the customer, the return or exchange will be subject to our assessment and the applicable supplier or manufacturer terms.

Damaged or Defective Batteries

If you receive a battery that appears damaged or defective, please contact Battery Bros Centre as soon as possible. We may inspect or test the battery to determine the nature of the issue.

Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed and the product is covered by the applicable warranty, the matter may be handled through the manufacturer’s warranty process. The final decision regarding a warranty replacement may be subject to the manufacturer’s terms and assessment.

Warranty Claims

A warranty is different from a standard return or refund. Batteries covered by a manufacturer’s warranty will be handled according to the applicable warranty conditions.

• Damaged because of a vehicle’s electrical, charging, or mechanical problem

These conditions do not affect any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

How to Request a Return or Refund

Please do not send a battery back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.
